Rules for using the Krowd website.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the krowd.one website (the “Site”), operated by Firma Handlowo-Usługowa XL38 Rafał Ceglarek, registered at Przecław 92D/1, 72-005 Przecław, Poland, VAT (NIP): PL8513221756, operating under the Krowd brand (the “Operator”).

The Terms apply to every User of the Site from the date of publication.
Operator — the entity operating the Site (Krowd).
User — any natural or legal person using the Site.
Site — the website available at krowd.one.
Service — any functionality the Operator provides electronically through the Site, in particular: contact form, briefing forms (Events / Media Hub / Wear), newsletter signup (when launched), Krowd Wear waitlist.
The Operator provides the following Services via the Site: information about the four-brand offer (Agency, Events, Media Hub, Wear), the ability to contact via forms, newsletter signup (when launched), Wear waitlist signup.
All Services are free of charge.
Correct use of the Site requires: a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled, an internet connection, a device capable of rendering HTML.
The Site is built responsive and works on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
The User agrees to use the Site as intended and in a way that does not harm third parties or the Operator — in particular: not to attempt to circumvent security measures, not to introduce unlawful content, not to abuse forms for spam.
The Operator may suspend the provision of Services in case of Terms violation or unlawful conduct by the User.
Consumers have the right to use out-of-court dispute-resolution methods, in particular the European Commission's ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
The Operator reserves the right to amend the Terms. Amendments take effect on the date of publication on the Site unless another date is specified.
Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law — in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
The current version of the Terms is effective from 2026-05-14.
