End-to-end go-to-market for a touring concert programme of 80s classics played by full orchestra.

80's Classic Orchestra needed a complete go-to-market for a touring concert idea: orchestra-scale arrangements of 80s pop classics with stars of the Polish music scene. We owned the plan end-to-end — strategy, brand and key-visual, website and ticketing, paid campaigns on Meta and Google, social channels and press outreach — running from a September 2024 warm-up onwards. The premiere at Netto Arena in Szczecin was eventually cancelled by the organiser, but every workstream up to that point shipped as planned.

Marketing strategy
Audience definition (30–50, fans of 80s pop-rock, big-city concertgoers), positioning, channel mix and a four-stage timeline (warm-up, pre-launch, launch, post-launch) mapping budget against ticketing windows.
Brand & key-visual
Logotype, colour palette and a basic brandbook — the visual world that carried posters, banners, ticket designs, social templates and the website.
Website
Tour site built around dates, venues and ticketing — designed to convert paid traffic without breaking the editorial feel of the show.
Paid + social + PR
Always-on Meta and Google Ads programme, organic Facebook and Instagram cadence, plus press distribution from December 2024 onwards.
